Tomato worries

Apparently, watering tomatoes is crucial. The frequency, that is. And I don't think the Daisy household is getting it quite right. Some of the (still green) fruit have a nasty brown patch on the bottom. Waaaaaaaah.

I have been eagerly waiting for what seems like an eternity, to stop buying them from the shops, and eat my own.

Oh, and the flies are driving me crazy.

Still, we persevere.

(And in the meantime, eat peas.)

if you plant some marigolds in the bottom of your tomatoes, the flies don't like the smell of them (apparently)
